Music Power!

In this special concert, all of the bands from the SVA Jazz from the Musikschule Neukölln will be performing: a rich, diverse musical evening featuring a very special guest.

The faculty band of the Musikschule Neukölln 'Die 4 Magneten' will be closing the concert, providing a glimpse into the musical world of Neukölln Jazz musicians.

The illustrious line up this time around:

Jörg Schippa - guitar
Horst Nonnenmacher - bass
Uli Moritz - drums
Franz Bauer - vibraphone

and, our highlight of the evening, Special Guest vocalist Angela Gabriel

Her new CD 'Sunkissed' presents a plethora of new songs and lyrics of her own composition.

The music school Paul Hindemith Neukölln is THE hotbed of talent in the Berlin jazz scene. The careers of the jazz stars of tomorrow begin in their preparatory courses run by expert-class jazz professionals. In collaboration with the WERKSTATT DER KULTUREN, the neighborhood music school can bee seen on stage at the WERKSTATT DER KULTUREN's Club for the monthly series "Jazz aus Neukölln". Professional musicians who teach at the music school each present a study preparation band and its own professional project. Also, there will be a big "StuVo night" with five students bands and the teachers quartet "4 Kometen" as well as an evening dedicated entirely to the Big Band of the music school.

JAZZ AUS NEUKÖLLN Concert Dates:
