 DaMigra-Annual Conference 2017

"Political participation for migrants* now! - equal voices – equal rights?!"

The Dachverband der Migrantinnenorganisationen in Deutschland - DaMigra e.V. - would like to invite representatives from politics and society, engaged migrants* and women* with experience of being a refugee to our annual conference "Political participation for migrants* now! - equal voices – equal rights?!" on the 9th of June, 2017 at the WERKSTATT DER KULTUREN, to discuss precisely these questions:

How can migrants* be better represented in parties and committees, independent of their “origin”, religion or passport?

How can vulnerable groups such as women* without residency documents demand their basic and human rights? How have self-organised migrant* groups always engaged in lobbying for migrants*?

Political participation cannot and will not go over the heads of migrants* - only with us and not without us!
We warmly welcome you to join in the discussion!
